First edition, Second Impression: xviii, 324 pages, 2 pages publisher’s catalogue, photographic frontispiece and numerous illustrations in text, original dark blue cloth, gilt embossed image of elephant on upper board, titled gilt on the on spine, top edge gilt, a fine copy.
