Chris Cumming worked for the Royal Caribbean Cruises line and was the senior guest liaison officer for the cruises worldwide. Hawking and his personal assistants travelled to the Canary Islands in October 2014 aboard the ship 'Independence of the Seas' and Cumming was assigned to their party.
K.Thurkettle is known to have 'witnessed' several thumb printed copies for Stephen Hawking.
