Around 60 unnumbered pages of text describing H.R.H. the Prince of Wales' journey through the different countries visited on his grand tour in 1925. The text is followed by 140 pages of captioned black and white photographs predominantly of his journey through South Africa.
Included is a commemorative textile panel, or souvenir handkerchief, that was produced for the Prince of Wales' 1925 tour. It depicts the Prince of Wales in soldier's uniform against a Union Jack background. He ascended the throne as Edward VIII in 1936 but abdicated only a few short months later.
