The author has written about his experiences during the desert war with the South African Division of the 8th Army between 1941-3.

308 pages, cream cloth covers with title to the spine. 17 pages with black and white pictures / illustrations. First edition. The book is ex-library and the cover shows wear and some discolouration. A poor to fair copy.
