This topographical map of Vienna and its surroundings was drawn by Franz Fried, "house cartographer" for Artaria & Co in the first half of the nineteenth century. From north-south the map extends from the area around Gars am Kamp down to Neunkirchen; west-east from around Mank to Pressburg (Bratislava). Engraved with abundant and charming detail, the whole includes an area of approximately 8000-9000 square kilometers.
There are two smaller examples to be found on the internet; neither has the extra wings.
