A panel of experts worked for more than two years to produce Twentieth Century South African Art- a book which is of the highest possible standard in every respect: in the selection of the works of art, in the introductory descriptive matter, in the finish of the book as a whole, and in the care devoted to the reproduction of the 162 works of art.
Of these 162 reproductions, no fewer than 56 are in full colour, tipped in. Some facst about these colour reproductions show that literally no trouble pr expense was spared to set a completely new standard in the field of South African art publications.
