The author is G.E. Hubbard, the then Secretary of Delimitation Commission. With illustrations. 1916 first edition printed by William Blackwood and Sons, Edinburgh and London. 273 pages. In the original red covers but with a new binding on the spine retaining most of the original spine. Frontispiece. An ex-library copy, new end papers. Binding is tight and contents clean.
