1.Daniel Frederick ESCHRICHT (1798-1863). Cirroteuthis Mulleri, eine neue gattung der Cephalopoden bildend. [Halle: 1836]. Quarto. 3 colored lithographed plates (2 folding). (Light spotting). Stapled in cream wrappers. The first description of this deep water octopus. An off-print of a work which first appeared in “Nova Acta Physico-Medica Academiae Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae Naturae Curiosorum”. Vol.18, pp.627–634.

2.Wilhelm Ludwig von RAPP (1794-1868). Uber das Molluskengeschlecht Doris und Beschreibung einiger neuen Arten desselben. [Halle: 1827]. Quarto. 2 hand-colored engraved plates. (Light spotting). Stapled in cream wrappers. An off-print of a work which first appeared in “Nova Acta Physico-Medica Academiae Caesareae Leopoldino-Carolinae Naturae Curiosorum”. Vol.13, pp.516-522.

3.Franz Joseph Andres Nicolaus UNGER (1800-1870). Anatomisch-physiologische Untersuchung uber die Teichmuschel. Vienna: 1827. Small octavo. 1 lithographic plate. (Some spotting). Early grey/blue paper wrappers, later brown paper wrappers.

4.Stefan CLESSIN (1833-1911). Ueber Missbildungen der Mollusken und ihrer Gehäuse. [Augsburg: 1873?] Octavo. Largely unopened. (Some spotting). Later brown paper wrappers. An off-print of a work which first appeared in “Bericht des Naturhistorischen Vereins in Augsburg”. Vol.22, pp. 23-107.
