1.A.M.P. DUCROS de ST.GERMAIN. Revue Critique du genre Oliva de Bruguieres. Clermont, 1857. Small octavo. 3 lithographed plates. Original blue paper wrappers, stapled into cream wrappers. An 'important work on Oliva' (Shellers from the Past and the Present).

2.J.A.J. COLBEAU. Materiaux pour la Faune Malcologique de Belgique. Brusells: 1859. Small octavo. Original grey paper wrappers (section excised from upper outer margin), stapled into cream wrappers. Provenance: MCZ (bookplate noting the gift of the work to the library by 'The Author', catalogue number '5272').

3.J.P. de GRATELOUP. Distribution Geographique de la famille des Limaciens. Bordeaux: 1855. Small octavo. Original grey paper wrappers, later brown paper wrappers, stapled into cream wrappers. Provenance: Laurent Guillaume de Koninck (sold via Louis Agassiz to); The Museum of Comparative Zoology (bookplate, with accession number ‘800’).  

4.Pierre-Joseph van BENEDEN (1809-1894). Memoire sur l'Argonaute. [Brussels: 1838?] Quarto. Largely unopened. 6 lithographed plates. (Some spotting and toning to the plates). Early blue/grey paper wrappers, later brown paper wrappers. An off-print of a work which first appeared in “Nouveaux mémoires de l'Académie royale des sciences et belles-lettres de Bruxelles" Vol. XI, p.21.
