First edition, first printing: this work was intended as a companion volume to “The Work of Andrew Wyeth” published in 1968. “This volume takes up where the other left off. It is a book about the artist by his wife that contains 370 reproductions, 315 of which have never been reproduced before, and reveals a startlingly intimate view of Wyeth at work.” (Front Flap).
