Original blue cloth, blocked in blind, gilt titling blocked to the middle of the upper cover (gilding somewhat faded, some scuffing and bumping, stitching a bit loose). Provenance: Dr. Cornelia M. Clapp (1849-1934, presentation label from “With Compliments of the Commissioner”).
