Newly quarter-bound in dark brown and light brown Skivertex with original spine label laid down, new plain endpapers and scarlet-and-black spine-band, six-fold chart of the Zaire, title- and contents-pages and other prelims, lxxxii pp of introduction, 408 pp of text and seven appendixes with many inserted plates, one in colour, and figures in the text.

The rounded binding is tight and the boards and spine unrubbed. The contents are complete and unmarked but with medium sunning, especially towards the back.

A very good copy.
