These Volumes are the result of intense investigations carried out by Mark Cochlan BA (hons) in conjunction with the Kwazulu-Natal Provincial Museum service and the Regimental Historian of the Natal Carbineers. This is an extremely comprehensive journal of the regiment with maps of the battle, reproduction of historic documents and photographs.
Included in the text are rare telegraphs newspaper reports and military documentation.
The books were privately printed and as a result will obviously be rare.
