This volume lists the statutes, treaties and conventions of the South African (Transvaal) Republic retained during the occupation period (1900-1902) and the subsequent Transvaal Colony (from 1902 until Union on 31 May 1910).
Half-bound in tan calf and green cloth-boards with gilt title lettering on pasted-down leather spine labels - two red and one black. Plain endpapers. xxii + 435 pp of alphabetical and chronological contents lists and the full statutes etc themselves.
The leather and boards are lightly scratched and rubbed and the binding is tight. However, part of the spine cover needs to be reattached. The numeral "12" is inked in black on to the lower half of the spine. (See the images.) The endpapers and contents are unmarked and unfoxed, making this a better than very good and clean copy once the minor spine repair has been done.
