This complete copy, in very good condition, was formerly in the library of the Cape Division of Forestry. Full-bound in blue buckram-boards, gilt lettered to the spine; plain endpapers; i-xlix of preface, chronological list and index + 612 pp of statutes, proclamations etc + l-xciii of appendixes and subject index.
The boards are clean, two of the four corners are rubbed, the spine is sunned and stained towards the foot; the binding is tight and rounded; except for the library stamp, the endpapers are unmarked and undiscoloured; apart from a repeat of the stamp on the title page, the contents, too, are unmarked and undiscoloured, making this a very good complete copy.
