Condition: light matt burn, otherwise very good, clean and bright.
An attractive view of a local Palm Springs landmark, on land owned by the Aqua Caliente Band of the Cahuilla tribe. The artist, Leo was "born in Prague, Austria on Aug. 1, 1871. Leo graduated from the Royal Academy in Brussels in 1906. In that year he immigrated to Los Angeles. While crossing the street there, he was fatally struck by a car on March 4, 1958."
