Original burgundy publisher's cloth; Text in Dutch; Collation complete - Half title, Title page, LVI, 721 pages; The binding actually feels strong, firm and tight and isn’t really splitting anywhere. Some rubbing, spine and boards bumped to the extremities, corners more bumped, traces of partly slight discolouration and a few surface scratches. Joins are whole and secure, rear hinge little weak, with incipient paper surface cracking, but still secure and whole. Front free endpaper and half-title starting loose. Internally well preserved, clean and very bright, no marks or foxing throughout, only little yellowing. Minimal traces of wear on the edges of the paperback. A sound copy.
