- The multiple folding plate with a panoramic view of the Papendorp titled "In the Neighbourhood of Papendorp, where the Surrender took place. From a drawing by R. J. GORDON, now in the famous Gordon-collection, 18th century, in the Rijks Prentenkabinet in Amsterdam. In die nabijheid van Papendorp waar die Oorgawe plaas gevind het. Na 'n prent uit die beroemde 18e eeuse Gordon-versameling, nou in die Rijks Prentenkabinet in Amsterdam";

- Illustrated plate titled "View of Cape Town in 1762, from the castle of the water-battery, as seen from the South-West".

Text block/pages bright and clear, with insignificant yellowing only, no markings, annotations or foxing. Inscription "Hoixseboxse. Kaapstad, Juni 1958" to the title page of the Afrikaans version. A sound copy of this scarce pamphlet.
