Appendix III. contains a reprint of the proceedings of the monthly general meetings of the Chamber, together with the Annual Report of the Witwatersrand Native Labour Association, and the Chairman's address at the Annual General Meeting.
A special supplement to this Report is published in a separate volume consisting of a List of Companies, Syndicates, etc., registered in the Transvaal up to December 31st, 1909, with particulars of the year of registration, the registered capital - original and latest - and the date of the official notification of liquidators. The information contained in the supplement has been compiled from Government sources only. A number of companies, etc., have gone into voluntary liquidation or have disappeared, about which no official notification has been given and of which there is no record in the office of the Registrar of Companies.
