First Edition, First Printing:  unpaginated, original glossy pictorial boards - bottom corners if the boards slightly bumped, illustrated throughout by the author in colour and black & white, the first printing with 13 titles listed at the end of the book, in the first issue dust jacket with '14 books (Up to now)' listed on the rear flap and 250/250 at the bottom of the front flap. Signature of a previous owner on the front free endpaper, the book is in near fine condition with just a hint of soiling. The jacket is bright with minor wear along the edges and light soiling at the top of the front panel.

Theodor Seuss Geisel, (March 2, 1904 – September 24, 1991) was an American children's author, illustrator, animator, and cartoonist. He is known for his work writing and illustrating more than 60 books under the pen name Dr. Seuss His work includes many of the most popular children's books of all time, selling over 600 million copies and being translated into more than 20 languages by the time of his death.
