Slight fraying on extremities and spine ends. Front hinges showing minor weakness, but keeps tight and strong. Pages/text block in very good condition, with slight yellowing, very clean througout, only a few pages with a few small light foxing spots or fingerprints to white margines. The title page has some traces of humidity, as like as the front endpapers, bottom page edges little darkened. Most of the book pages seems never opened.
